Alquinerja this part of the group completes since the year 1999 the offer of lodgings of the Group Verano Azul with villas and chalets in the localities of Nerja, Frigiliana and Torrox. The selection of private villas is of one to eight dormitories and they have all a pool and a barbecue place, and of course magnificent views. The Group Verano Azul can satisfy any desire of the tourists visiting Andalusia and the Costa del Sol, so much if they prefer a room in a hotel, an apartment or a luxury house with all the privacy of a own home.
Each house was selected, evaluating its situation, its views, its tranquility, its equipment and its environment. Although they are property of individuals, Alquinerja is in charge of the villas all year long with its own service of maintenance, that resolves immediately any technical problem that can occur during the stay of the tourists. Besides our team of cleaners takes charge of the care of the villas as well as of the change of sheets and towels once a week.
Alquinerja works at present with a variety of international tour operators which offer the properties in its respective catalogues and many of them are reserved during the hole year exclusively for its clients. This fact signifies an enormous degree of confidence on the part of these associates from across europe that has its reason in the quality of the houses and of the services lent. Likewise we have obtained already a private clientele, that returns year after year and prides us with its fidelity.
